Євро, репутація й усе інше, що показує каса, — умовність усередині гри. Вони не мають грошової вартості, не переказуються між акаунтами, не обмінюються на справжні гроші й не є вашою власністю поза грою.
«Ящик запчастин» і «Вантажівка запчастин» — витратні товари: зараховуються одразу і при перевстановленні не відновлюються. «Пропуск бригадира» і «Нічний сторож» — постійні покупки, їх повертає кнопка «Відновити покупки» в розділі «Магазин». Повернення коштів відбувається за правилами App Store, а не за нашими.
Покупки лише прискорюють гру. Усі курорти, траси, машини й апгрейди відкриваються за ігрові гроші й без жодної покупки — це заявлено в самому магазині й лишається правдою. Реклами та таймерів очікування в грі немає принципово.
Поки гра закрита, бригада працює обмежений час: вісім годин, або двадцять чотири з «Нічним сторожем». Далі каса не наповнюється, доки ви не зайдете. Це навмисна межа, а не збій.
Курорти, ціни, баланс і набір функцій можуть змінюватися з оновленнями. Уже куплені постійні покупки при цьому зберігаються.
Прогрес живе на пристрої. Видалення додатка або кнопка «скинути все» в розділі «Сезон» знищують його безповоротно — резервної копії в нас немає, і між пристроями прогрес не синхронізується.
Гра надається «як є». Ми намагаємось, щоб вона працювала добре, але не гарантуємо роботу без збоїв на будь-якому пристрої.

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial play on your own devices. Taking it apart, reselling it or building it into other products is not allowed.
The euros, the reputation and everything else the till shows are a convention inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not your property outside the game.
"Parts Crate" and "Parts Truck" are consumables: credited immediately and not restored on reinstall. "Brigade Pass" and "Night Watch" are permanent and come back with "Restore purchases" in the Shop section. Refunds follow App Store policy, not ours.
Purchases only speed the game up. Every resort, piste, machine and upgrade unlocks with in-game money and no purchase at all — the shop says so, and it stays true. There is no advertising and there are no waiting timers in the game, by design.
While the game is closed the crew keeps working for a limited time: eight hours, or twenty-four with "Night Watch". After that the till stops filling until you come back. That is a deliberate limit, not a fault.
Resorts, prices, balance and the feature set may change with updates. Permanent purchases you already made are kept.
Progress lives on your device. Deleting the app, or "Reset everything" in the Season section, destroys it for good — we hold no backup, and progress is not synced between devices.
The game is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but cannot guarantee flawless operation on every device.
